  1. Push-ups 6 x 30
    – Raise Hands on couch or similar if you have trouble completing the reps
2. Wide grip Incline Push-ups 5 x 40
    – hands on couch or similar
    – the higher the easier
3. Object Front Raise 4 x 50
    – use a can soup, backpack, small child, etc…
4. Backpack Shoulder Press 3 x 60
    – fill the bag up to however much weight you need
5. Backpack Upright Row 2 x 70

6. Blackburn “Y” 1 x 80-100
