  1. Squat hold 1 x max time
      – hold at legs parallel to the ground
      – think about pushing out the side of your feet while holding
2. Bulgarian Split Squat hold 3 x good burn (each leg)
      – hover your back knee just off the floor
3. Glute Bridge Hold x 60, 75, 90, 75, 60 sec
     – Squeeze glutes the whole time
4. Plank 3 x max time

– don’t relax abs and make it a arm movement
