  1. Giant Set x 3
Do All exercises in the Giant Set with no rest, then rest to 90% recovered a repeat 3 times
  • Wide Stance Squat x 10
  • Can add weight through backpack or holding object
  • Wide Stance Wall Squat x1min
  • Normal Stance Squat x 15
  • Can add weight through backpack or holding object
–  Normal Stance Wall Sit x 1min
–  Close Stance Air Squat x 20
  • Can add weight through backpack or holding object
  • Close Stance Wall Sit x 1 min
2. Giant Set x 4
Do all exercise in the Giant Set with no rest, then rest to 90% recovered and repeat 4 times.
–   Glute Bridges x 40
–   Supermans x 60
  • Feet elevated Glute Bridges x 80
  • Put feet on top of couch, bench, chair, etc…
  • Weight between feet Lying leg curl x 100
  • Hold backpack, gallon jug, even a family member could pull on your feet

–   Crunches x 30
