Set 3: exercises 1, 2, and 3
Set 4: exercises 1, 2, 3, and 4
Set 5: exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
Set 6 exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
Set 7 exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7
Set 8 exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8
Set 9 exercises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9
Exercises
1. Incline Push-up (hands on couch or similar) x 10
2. Wide Push-ups (on floor) x 30
3. Push-up x 10
4. Wide Push-up x 30
5. Decline Push-ups (feet on couch or similar) x 10
6. Wide Push-ups x 30
7. Tricep extension Planks x 20
    -start on forearms in a plank and push with your hands to go to a push-up position plank
     – rise hand up on couch or similar to make it easier
8. Soup can or backpack overhead tri extension x 80

9. Soup can or backpack lateral raise x 100
